THE SHORT VERSION
Information that helps us plan your project.
Our forms ask for contact and property details so we can respond to your inquiry. This policy also explains website tracking, service providers and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate or contact Plano Landscaping, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, city, ZIP code, property address, services of interest, project notes and preferred consultation times. Sod estimate tools may also collect the lawn size and grass type you enter.
You can browse our service pages and Knowledge Hub without submitting an estimate. If you email or otherwise send project photos, the images and any information contained in them become part of your inquiry. Avoid including people, vehicle plates, financial details or other information that is unnecessary for your project.
Our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages and interactions with the site. See the cookies and third-party services sections below.
How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries, prepare estimates and discuss the work you want completed.
- Check the project location and service area, coordinate a consultation and communicate about your project.
- Maintain business records, resolve questions and meet applicable legal requirements.
- Operate the website, protect against spam and misuse, and understand website and advertising performance.
An online calculator provides a planning estimate; it does not create a contract. See our Terms of Service for information about website use and estimates.
When information may be shared
Information may be processed by providers that help us host and maintain the website, store inquiries, deliver communications, prevent spam and measure website or advertising performance. Relevant project details may also be shared with people helping us assess or perform the work.
We do not sell the contact details you submit in an estimate request to third parties for their own direct marketing. Advertising and analytics technologies can separately disclose online identifiers and browsing activity to their providers, as described below.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect people or property, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Forms, address tools and external links
The site uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Google may process device and interaction information when this protection loads. Its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Address-validation software from Smarty is also loaded on the site. If an address-validation feature is used, the address and related technical information may be processed by that provider. Review Smarty’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Links to map providers, city resources, reviews and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Review those policies before submitting information. Our Service Areas page can help you check coverage without sending a property address.
Project photos and communications
Photos you send with a project inquiry are used to understand the property and requested work. Sending a photo does not automatically publish it in our Our Work gallery. If you have a concern about a project image displayed on the website, contact us with the page link and enough detail to identify the image.
We may contact you by the methods you provide to answer your inquiry and coordinate service. To change your contact preferences or stop promotional messages, email us or follow any unsubscribe instructions provided. We may still need to send messages about an active project or a privacy request.
Storage, retention and security
Estimate-form submissions are stored as private records in our website administration system. Project correspondence may also be retained in our business communication systems. Access is intended for people and providers who need the information to support the inquiry, project or website.
The site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website or electronic storage system can guarantee complete security. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers or sensitive personal records through an estimate form or project notes.
Retention depends on the inquiry or project, recordkeeping needs and applicable requirements. You can contact us to ask about information we hold or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask us to review, correct or delete personal information you provided, or tell us how you prefer to be contacted. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” Include the contact details used for your inquiry and describe your request; do not include sensitive identity documents in your initial message.
We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. We will explain any information needed and any limits that apply. Rights and obligations depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the request. If you disagree with our response, reply and ask for a review.

Children and policy updates
This website is intended for people planning landscaping and property projects, and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the concern.
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled separately.
