START WITH WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION

Care for what stays.
Plan what comes next.

You don’t need the technical term to get started. Show us the tree, hedge or stump and tell us what you want changed.

Keep it and maintain it.
Or make room for change.

A useful request explains the goal and the surroundings. We’ll discuss the work and confirm whether it fits our service scope.

01 · KEEP

A clearer path.
A more considered shape.

Show branches crowding a route, a canopy you want considered for trimming, or hedges that need attention. Include wide views as well as close-ups.

Tree-health diagnosis and specialist assessment need to be confirmed separately.

02 · CHANGE

A clear space.
An agreed finish.

Tell us if you need removal alone, stump grinding, debris hauling or follow-on landscaping. List each part rather than assuming it is included.

Grinding a stump is different from removing every root or preparing a foundation.

THE NEXT GENERATION OF YOUR LANDSCAPE

Plant for the space.
Plan for the years ahead.

Shade, screening or a focal point: start with what you want a new tree to provide. Discuss mature size, sunlight, drainage and nearby structures before selecting its position.

The right location

Coordinate the tree with the house, lawn, planting beds and access.

The complete scope

Confirm species, size, sourcing, preparation and establishment care in the estimate.

Tree service questions

What tree services does Plano Landscaping offer?

We offer tree trimming, tree pruning, hedge and bush trimming, tree removal and stump grinding. Include more than one service in your request if the project covers several parts of the yard.

What is the difference between tree trimming and pruning?

People often say trimming for appearance or clearance and pruning for selected branch work. The terms overlap. Tell us what you'd like changed and we'll discuss the work, rather than relying on the name.

Does tree removal include stump grinding?

Not automatically. Ask for stump grinding, debris handling and lawn repairs to be listed in the agreement. We offer removal and grinding and can plan them together.

Can you grind a stump if another company removed the tree?

Yes, you can request stump grinding on its own. Share the stump size if known, access photos and what you intend to do with the area afterward so we can assess the job.

Will all the roots be removed?

Stump grinding doesn't mean digging out every root. Agree on the work and how the area will be left before scheduling, especially if you want paving or a structure there.

Can you tidy hedges and bushes at the same visit?

Ask for hedge and bush trimming when you request the tree work. We can discuss doing them together, but shrub work isn't automatically included.

Can you install sod after tree and stump work?

We can discuss sod installation as a follow-on service. Preparation, remaining material, sunlight and irrigation need to be considered before establishing the new lawn.

Do I need approval before removing a tree?

Check property-specific city and HOA requirements before proceeding. Don’t assume every property or tree has the same rules. Start with Plano’s official resources and clarify responsibility for required approvals in the scope.
